Belt Curves
|
The frame is precision CNC profiled and fabricated from mild steel plate in varying thickness with the minimum being 0.3mm. The standard outside wall radius of 1537mm.
The standard power belt curve is fitted with a Habasit belt specifically manufactured for this application. It is CNC profiled and fitted with the unique fittings and precision bearings revolving on a centre line radius of 1511.5mm at 60mm pitch.
The guide track is precision machined to close tolerances from high wear resistance, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) allowing smooth, low friction and low noise operation.
