Chain Diverter

Conveying Technology produce a range of Chain Transfers to operate in powered roller applications (mainly Lineshaft). They are used to transfer product (cartons or tote boxes) from one conveyor to another either, at right angles or running parallel.
They are capable of transferring a range of product sizes from 160mm minimum to 750mm maximum with total loading not exceeding 50 kg per metre. The Chain Transfer chains have specially formed pusher dogs fitted to them to give a smooth transfer of product from one conveyor to the other.
The standard transfer unit is manufactured to give a range of chain pitches from 2 to 7 transfer chains depending upon product size in increments of 75mm. Due to this inbuilt flexibility the transfer chains can be repositioned to suit any changes that may be required if product sizes vary in the future.
