Gravity Wheel conveyors are primarily used as an un-powered transportation system, designed to transport products that have flat and rigid bases with lighter weights up to products that do not exceed 50 kg per metre (U.D.L – uniformed distributed load), and having an overall length greater then 160mm. Products generally transported by Gravity Wheel conveyors are boxes, cartons , containers and trays.
Gravity Wheel Conveyors are ideal for conveying small packages with low weighs. The simplest gravity section can have immediate benefits anywhere where goods are frequently moved, from factories, warehouses, to loading bays. Wasteful fetching and carrying can be eliminated, freeing employees for more useful duties.
Con-tec Gravity Roller conveying systems can be designed to individual requirements from and can be provided with Dense or Standard wheel patterns in the following product range: - Straight beds at standard lengths of 1200,1800,2400,3000 other lengths are available based on increments of 75mm.
- Curve beds at 33.75, 45, 56.25, 90, 180 deg
- Gates at a standard length of 1200mm.
